Rebuilding trust between Democrats and the veteran community

Veterans are 12% of the electorate—and up to 20% in some states. Yet too often, Democrats write off veterans as unwinnable, while some veterans see little reason to support the Democratic Party.

We believe the way to change that is with veterans leading the way.

How We Do It

We recruit, organize, and deploy veterans to:

Train candidates and state party leadership on messaging to the military and veteran community.

Activate dormant Veterans Caucuses and Councils with year-round organizing plans.

Mobilze veterans for peer-to-peer outreach, giving state parties and campaigns a resource to win more races.
